What is your policy on negotiating bike sale prices?Updated 6 months ago
When setting the selling price for a bike, we take several factors into account, including current retail prices, our stock levels, demand, and anticipated market shifts. Unfortunately, we cannot always match expectations or previous quotes due to these changing market conditions.
The prices we offer for outright purchases consider the business costs involved, such as potential location factors, warranty transfer, and resale costs approximately a percentage of the bike's sale price. This is also influenced by online retailers' widespread discounting strategies, which can affect second-hand bike pricing significantly.
If you've received a higher offer from another reputable source, please forward it to us; although we can't guarantee it, we may be able to improve our offer based on this information. Please note that while we do offer collection as part of our service, we provide a bonus for in-store bike drop-offs.
