International ReturnsUpdated 6 months ago

International returns must follow our standard procedure plus additional requirements. Mark all returns as 'RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE' on customs documentation (CN22/CN23) to avoid customs rejection. 

Warranty returns include return shipping reimbursement. Non-warranty returns within two weeks of receipt require customer-paid return shipping and insurance. 

All returns must follow our standard processing procedures.
