For non-EU and UK customers, we can remove VAT only on items where we were originally charged VAT. Second-hand items purchased from individuals without VAT cannot have VAT removed. VAT adjustment occurs automatically when you select your currency/destination.&#xA0;Please note that import duties may apply in your country and are your responsibility. Mark all returns as &apos;RETURNED GOODS &#x2013; FAILED SALE&apos; on customs documentation (CN22/CN23) to avoid customs rejection.&#xA0;Warranty returns include return shipping reimbursement. Non-warranty returns within two weeks of receipt require customer-paid return shipping and insurance.&#xA0;All returns must follow our standard processing procedures.
